    • Q: I have several of your faucets in a restroom and I have 2 of them that are not working. The water is on and there is electric going to them, all the others are working except for the 2. Please tell me where to start looking for the problem/
    • A: There is a quick way to diagnose the issue you're having with your faucets. Disconnect the cable that attaches the Black Module to the Sensor of your Spout. Keep it disconnected for about 1 minute then reconnect the cable and look to see if it cycles any water.

1 Cycle of Water = you have a defective Sensor and you will need to buy a new Spout Assembly.

No Water = you have a defective Solenoid Valve. You can remove the 4 screws on the silver Solenoid (located on the black Module) and clean out the round diaphragm. If that doesn't work, you will need to replace the complete Module.
