Q: Where does the O-ring go? I took about the urinal valve but didnt see one.

A: The O-Ring is not located in the main valve body. The O-Ring is located on the male tailpiece which goes into the shut off valve. The O-Ring in the rebuild kit is included for a complete Flush Valve overhaul, however if you only replace the inside kit, you will not need the o-ring.
