Q: Unit was installed by others. Need troubleshooting help. Units flush with sensor.Using override switch unit will not flush. Is there a start sequence required or is the unit wired incorrectly? Thanks

A: Here is a link to an install guide that would've been used when the unit was installed. It has wiring diagrams and some troubleshooting. http://www.kullysupply.com/pdf/zurn/parts/ZEMS6140AV.pdf If the valve was just installed and not working this should fix your issue. If the valve was working and now isn't, you may need to replace some parts.
