Q: my zurn urinal valve will not stop water when it is turned on it will constantly run . i have replaced the diaghram with no results

Here are the next steps to follow if your Zurn Urinal Valve is continuously running and you have already replaced the Diaphragm:

1) Verify that the valve body where the Diaphragm sits isn't corroded. If there is buildup in the valve body, use plumber's paper to sand down the inside of the valve body.

2) Verify that the Zurn P6000-L Plastic Inside Cover (Part #107681) isn't dirty or cracked. Replace if necessary.

3) Clean the small bypass hole located on the top of the new diaphragm.
