Q: 1. What size hole is required for fixture cut out? 2. How far away do we dill our hole for the fixture from the sink?

A: The hole size for the faucet shank needs to be 1". There isn't a specific distance from the sink edge for the hole to be drilled. The measurement from the centerline of where the spout mounts to the base of the faucet to the centerline of the spout where the aerator threads on is 5-3/8".
