Q: Problem is the hot side will not shut off at all. Is there any info you can give me to fix this problem. We have this faucet and I have replaced the cartridges,I have adjusted the metering time still won't go off.

A: This Zurn Z86500-XL AquaSpec Metered Lavatory Faucet (Part #162204) has two parts that can cause the water to leak after the handle is pressed. We recommend verifying that both these parts were replaced. 1. A blue Metering Valve (Part #102234) 2. The Silver Handle Nut Assembly (Part #102233) If these parts have already been replaced, you may need to clean the shank filter (Part #151630) that sits in the bottom of the faucet body. You can also lightly sand the inside of the Faucet Body using Plumber Paper to verify the body is clean and the parts are seating properly.
